Vehicle Gate - Access Controls

Gates are opened by a GMS system using mobile phones. Only phones that are authorised on the system will be able to activate the gates.

This will make the car park, bin stores and basement safer for residents; and it will reduce illegal dumping by non residents.

If you are a resident or owner and you need access to the carpark/basement through the vehicle entrance, please make sure Benchmark has registered your mobile phone.

As services to residents and owners are expensive to provide, please ensure that service charges are paid, or that there is a payment plan in place, so that mobile phone numbers can be registered for your apartment of interest.

Benchmark have issued forms to owners to register mobile phone numbers. If you haven't got this form please call Benchmark on 01 2349600.

If you are a tenant, please contact your landlord to ensure that your mobile phone is registered.
