Dog troubles

House rules forbid the keeping of dogs at Tolka Vale.
Previously, there was no need for the management company to enforce the no-dogs rule. Dog owners (if there were any) ensured that their dogs did not cause a problem for other residents; there were no complaints, and therefore no enforcement of the no-dog rule.
Unfortunately, recently there have been complaints about restricted breeds in public areas, dogs barking, dogs running off lead, and dog dirt on the grounds. This behaviour by dog owners if continued will lead to the no dogs rule being enforced.
In the interest of man's best friend, residents of Tolka Vale are advised not to get dogs, as the no-dogs house rule may in future have to be enforced. If there are dogs in apartments, owners should make sure that their dog does not cause concern to other residents, otherwise sadly, you may be asked to rehome your dog in order to continue to be part of the Tolka Vale community.
