Building Improvements

The Fire Safety Certificate (Certificate of Compliance with Building Regulations Part B) is in draft form and the final certificate is about to be issued.

The Owners’ Management Company is continuously engaging in works to modernise the complex and to improve security: The following projects have been, or are expected to be, undertaken.

· Building render cleaning

· New lighting in the carpark.

· Improved safety lighting in common areas.

· Replacement of non-pressurised ventilation system in the internal lobbies

· Maintenance and security enhancements on the lifts

· Continual work on resolving leaks.

· Painting of the common areas.
